DesignsTouch Hosting Terms of Service

DesignsTouch LLC's limitations of liability state that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, DesignsTouch is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of goodwill, work stoppage, service interruption, computer failure, malfunction, or loss of data. DesignsTouch is not responsible for loss or damage due to service changes, cessation, content deletion/corruption, service interruptions, malware, or third-party services. Access to third-party websites is at your own risk. DesignsTouch LLC's maximum liability will not exceed six months of service fees. Additional policies include: 11) All customers are subject to price or policy changes, which may occur without notice. Customers should periodically check the DesignsTouch website for updates. 12) Pricing and policies are subject to change at any time and are non-negotiable. 14) Illegal activities or actions adversely affecting DesignsTouch’s legal interests are prohibited, including: a. Cracking (Hacking) – unauthorized access to accounts or systems. b. Child pornography – strictly prohibited under U.S. law. c. Interstate gambling – restricted by Federal regulations. d. Pyramid schemes or fraud – illegal under various laws. e. Theft of services – unauthorized utilization of services. f. Harassment – using the network to harass or threaten. 15) Actions threatening the integrity of DesignsTouch’s host partners network or its utilization are prohibited, including: a. Denial of Service (DOS) attacks – against any host. b. RBL – actions that could lead to our IP space being blacklisted. 16) Spam – sending unsolicited commercial email, mass mailings, or flooding UseNet newsgroups is prohibited. This includes spam originating from our IP space, advertising sites on our IP space, using third-party mail servers to relay spam, or participating in pyramid schemes/email chain letters. DesignsTouch reserves the right to terminate or interrupt accounts for violations, with good faith attempts to resolve issues before interruption. Resolution for terminated/interrupted service is handled individually at DesignsTouch’s discretion. For Premium Hosting, third-party infrastructure provider SLAs apply: DigitalOcean, Amazon EC2, Google Compute Engine (GCE), Vultr, and Linode. Basic & Standard hosting partners' SLAs also apply.
